Ⅱ. Collaboration proposal writing and process
1. Create a collaboration proposal
Write a proposal: Companies or individuals who want to collaborate write a proposal. The proposal includes goals, required skills and resources, collaboration period, expected results, etc.
Submit proposal: Submit your written proposal to the ‘Collaboration Proposal Board’ in the Collaboration tab.
2. Recruiting collaboration partners
Proposal review: Proposals are reviewed, and companies or individuals interested in collaborating respond to the proposal.
Selection of collaboration partners: The proposer selects collaboration partners from among the respondents. If necessary, we will determine the optimal partner through additional interviews or discussions.
3. Collaborative project planning
Establish a project plan: Establish a detailed project plan with collaboration partners. Write down your goals, role division, schedule, budget, etc. in detail.
Conclusion of contract: If necessary, enter into a collaboration agreement to clarify mutual responsibilities and rights.
4. Execute collaborative projects
